Fixed Term Full Time role and Fixed Term Part Time hours (8 hours per week) available.
Applications are invited from AHPRA registered pharmacists with hospital pharmacy experience for this permanent full time and part-time position at Ballarat Health Services Pharmacy Department.
Applicants must have, or be eligible for, registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
This role is the result of expansion of beds for the BHS@home community based program. It involves assisting in the provision of clinical pharmacy services to community based patients and hospital inpatients, with possible rotations to dispensary and manufacturing services. Remuneration will be award-based according to experience. Professional development is supported through regular in-service education including journal club meetings, and support for siminar/conference attendance is available. In addition, professional support is provided through various teams structures as well as formal education programs including the SHPA Foundation Residency Program.

Salary packaging and allowances for higher qualifications may provide additional salary benefits.
