You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $128,706 p.a., comprising salary between $76,747 - $112,805 p.a. (f/t) or salary rates $38.71 - $56.89 p.h. • The primary role of this position is to provide clinical Pharmacy services to the Hervey Bay Transit Hub, to facilitate expedient discharges and transfers to and from the Hervey Bay Hospital and the outpatient infusion clinic.
• The role will cover the 7-day operational needs of the unit, which will be rostered over multiple transit hub Pharmacists. Any relevant penalties that may apply are as per the Award.
• This role will work as a Pharmacist member of a multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality pharmaceutical care and services to consumers within the Fraser Coast region. The Pharmacy Department delivers professional, client focussed pharmacy services and leadership within an evidence-based quality care environment.
