About the Role

  • Delivering high quality evidenced based pharmacy clinical services, contribution to the advancement of quality pharmacy services.
  • Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning, and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.
  • Providing supervision and training to less experienced clinicians, students, and Clinical Allied Health Assistants (AHA’s).

Bayside Health Service includes the Redland Hospital, Marie Rose Centre, Gundu Pa and the Redlands Satellite Hospital.

Collectively the medical, nursing, and allied health staff, along with support staff and volunteers, are committed to working together to deliver quality care and services.

More than 30,000 additional residents are expected to call the Redlands Coast home in the next decade and demand for healthcare services continues to grow, as such a range of infrastructure projects and new models of care will be delivered over the coming years to provide care closer to home for the Bayside community.

Redland Hospital continues to undergo expansion including a new intensive care unit and 37 additional beds expected to be completed in early 2025.
