Ballarat Health Services, proudly part of Grampians Health invites applications for a Pharmacist with hospital experience for this full time (fixed term) position at Ballarat Health Services Pharmacy Department.
Applicants must have, or be eligible for, registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
This role will involve assisting in the provision of ward based clinical pharmacy services, including AMS (supporting Covid-19 therapies), with possible rotations to aseptic manufacturing services, and dispensary. Remuneration will be award-based according to experience.
Professional development is supported through regular in-service education including journal club meetings and support for seminar/conference attendance is available. In addition, professional support is provided through team-based structures as well as formal education programs including the SHPA Foundation Residency Program.
