Hours per fortnight: 80 hours (with ADO)

Applications are invited from enthusiastic and dedicated pharmacists with hospital experience for this permanent full time position at Ballarat Health Services Pharmacy Department.

Applicants must have, or be eligible for, registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.

This role will involve assisting in the provision of unit based clinical pharmacy services on a rotational basis including the opportunity to undertake credentialing and practice Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) for suitable applicants. Possible rotations to operational services including dispensary, compounding, clinical trials and Ballarat Regional Integrated Cancer Centre (BRICC) services may occur.

Professional development is supported through regular in-service education including journal club meetings and support for seminar/conference attendance is available. In addition, professional support is provided through team based structures as well as formal education programs including the SHPA Foundation Residency Program.

Remuneration will be award-based according to experience. Salary packaging and allowances for higher qualifications may provide additional salary benefits.
