Permanent Full Time (80 hours per fortnight with ADO), Grampians Health - Ballarat

About the role
We are seeking an energetic pharmacist to support our Clinical Trials and Operational Pharmacy services at Grampians Health - Ballarat. Opportunities exist for involvement in training, education and research, and other areas of pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to clinical trials pharmacy service such as investigational medicinal product (IM)-related compounding, dispensing, accountability and administrative processes, liaising with internal and external clients and, development of standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to other operational and clinical pharmacy services which will include supporting activities of the Dispensary and BRICC Oncology Pharmacy.
Skills and experience include
- Pharmacist registered with AHPRA.
- For Grade 2 applicants - must have at least three years experience specifically in hospital.
- Evidence of effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in the setting involving the supply and administration of clinical trials and other medications.
Desirable
- Postgraduate qualifications that are relevant to the role.
- Demonstrated experience in aseptic compounding of products and clinical trials.
- Experience in project management.
