We’re looking for a pharmacist to join the pharmacy team. As a rotational pharmacist you will develop and apply your clinical and operational knowledge and skills across a range of pharmacy practice areas and Monash Health locations including the new Victorian Heart Hospital.
About The Role
In these roles, our Grade 1 and 2 rotational pharmacists will:
- Provide best practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient-centred care by ensuring medication safety and optimising medication management to achieve the best outcomes for our patients
- Provide pharmacy services as part of pharmacy and interprofessional teams in a range of pharmacy practice settings and Monash Health sites through operational and clinical pharmacy rotations
Ongoing and fixed term, full time or part time options available working at Monash Health rotating across sites including the Victorian Heart Hospital.
About You
You are a registered pharmacist, enthusiastic to develop your clinical and/or operational pharmacy skills and ready to take this next step in your career. You are a role model, thrive in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are truly passionate about delivering best practice pharmacy services to all patients, carers and health care professionals.
