About the Role
Pharmacist, Grade 1 or Grade 2
Temporary 6 month, full-time position (40 hours/week with RDO)
We have an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist to join our pharmacy team as a Full time Pharmacist.
The pharmacist role is a rotational position with key responsibilities in providing a quality and efficient pharmacy service to our patients and clinical areas. The position is classified as Grade 1 or Grade 2 depending on prior experience of the successful applicant.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia as a practising pharmacist (no restrictions)
- Experience working as a pharmacist in a hospital setting
- Experience in medication reconciliation and medicines information retrieval
- Experience in SAS administration and aseptic manufacturing is desirable
- Experience in quality use of medicine audits and improvement projects is highly desirable for Grade 2.
