About the role Grampians Health Ballarat is the main referral health service from Bacchus Marsh to the South Australian border. Ballarat is Victoria's largest inland city, conveniently located 75 minutes west of Melbourne and has a rich history aging back to the gold rush. It has small country town charm and space, with all the conveniences of city life. We are seeking an energetic hospital pharmacist to join our rapidly expanding oncology pharmacy services. The successful applicant will have a patient facing role in the provision of care to patients receiving cancer treatments at Grampians Health Ballarat. You will work within the Ballarat Regional Integrated Cancer Centre (BRICC) Oncology Pharmacy team to provide oncology pharmacy services to the outpatient oncology-haematology clinics and Chemotherapy Day Unit. Opportunities exist for involvement in oncology clinical trials, training, education and research, and other areas of pharmacy services.
