We are headquartered in Melbourne, with a second office in Singapore and have been in operation since 2000.  Currently we support 150 public and private hospital sites and approximately 1050 concurrent users across Australia and Singapore



The National Account Manager is a position with a high level of responsibility; the role will be the primary relationship manager for the companies’ hospital and community pharmacy stakeholders. The National Account Manager will work closely alongside the MD and the Product Manager on key accounts / special projects and be responsible for the development, maintenance and reporting of project plans, in consultation with all major stakeholders



  • Minimum five years’ experience working as a hospital pharmacist
  • Experience working with health policy and legislation (including PBS) relating to pharmacy practice.
  • Experience providing training or producing training material
  • Project management experience in a support/information providing environment
  • Experience using pharmaceutical database software would be advantageous



  • Sound knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS), Medicare and other health policy and legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all Pharmhos staff and clients
  • Knowledge of Hospital Pharmacy workflow, including inventory control and purchasing procedures
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritise & manage multiple projects/clients concurrently
  • High level computer literacy including an interest in software solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of the company’s software (may be learned on the job)



  • High level attention to detail, both technical and functionally with the ability to manage and problem solve concurrent issues
  • Willingness for continual self-learning to keep up-to-date with new and updated pharmaceutical products
  • Highly effective in managing internal and external relationships in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent cross group collaboration and communication between employees at different levels including junior staff and senior management
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects / clients simultaneously
  • A proven self-starter who has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
