Grade 3 Oncology Hospital Pharmacist

Hours per fortnight:  72

Status:  Permanent Part Time

Applications are sought from suitably qualified Grade 3 Oncology Pharmacists, to work in the new Cancer and Wellness Centre at Echuca Regional Health.

Key responsibilities include:

  •   CHARM Project Officer (CPO) role
  •   Establish the new service in the Cancer and Wellness Centre
  •   Day to day planning and co-ordination of the pharmacy service
  •   Education and training to clinical staff (CHARM)
  •   Participate and lead quality improvement activities
  •   Ensure compliance with all applicable legislative requirements and professional standards

Our team requires someone who has:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • Post graduate qualifications relating to oncology
  • Knowledge of CHARM
  • Proven experience or interest in oncology pharmacy will be favourably considered
  • Ability to participate in the on call roster and weekend work when required

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check, provision of a Working With Children Check, COVID19 Vaccination and check on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme prior to appointment.
