Clinical Pharmacist - Rotational 
Pharmacy Department
Permanent, Part time
40 hours per fortnight

Position Number - 12220

Applications are invited from enthusiastic pharmacists with hospital experience for this permanent part time position at Ballarat Health Services Pharmacy Department.

Applicants must have, or be eligible for, registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.

This role will involve assisting in the provision of team based clinical pharmacy services on a rotational basis to various disciplines including medical, surgical, paediatrics and mental health. Possible rotations to dispensary and manufacturing services may occur. The opportunity to undertake various training and credentialing programs exists including Foundation Residency training and Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) credentialing. Remuneration will be award-based according to experience.

Salary packaging and allowances for higher qualifications may provide additional salary benefits.
