Echuca Regional Health is seeking applications from suitably qualified hospital pharmacists to work in the Pharmacy team.

Echuca Regional Health Pharmacy Department is a team that values innovation, supports research opportunities, and is looking for team members to be involved in several areas of service expansion.

About this role

As a Grade 1 pharmacist, you will be required to provide pharmacy services to the wards and within the pharmacy department.

Examples of additional roles include; assisting in the training and education of intern pharmacists and technicians, prepare aseptic and extemporaneous products if required, and participate in quality improvement activities.

It is a requirement to be available to work on call and weekends, as well as public holidays, with full support from senior pharmacists, and flexibility around rostering.

What we require

• Experience and knowledge as a hospital pharmacist
• Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications (can be in progress)
• Great communication skills
• Works well with peers, showing teamwork, adaptability and flexibility
