About the role

You will work with and be supported by others in the PharmConsult team (located around Australasia) to develop practical and innovative solutions to client needs.
As a Project Lead you will manage projects, in each case employing an approach designed by the team, to deliver the solution or achieve the objective required by the client.

Ideally this role will fulfilled by a full time Project Lead but the position provides flexibility around working hours, office / home workplace and working conditions. It will require some interstate travel.

Skills & experience required

We are seeking a pharmacist with:

  • Five to ten years’ of hospital pharmacy or other relevant experience
  • A desire to develop a career in consulting in our speciality areas
  • Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills, well-developed analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability as a self-starter and to work effectively without supervision
  • Ability to manage work to meet agreed project deadlines
  •  Melbourne as home (but other cities will be considered)

The role involves leading projects as a project manager, undertaking research and data analysis, and developing strong professional relationships with clients through projects.
