Job Description

Parental Leave replacement

Applications are invited from pharmacists to join our professional team and work within our Clinical Pharmacy Programme. This temporary full time position involves working as a pharmacist in the hospital dispensary and in acute ward areas and is avaliable from 1st February 2018 to 1st February 2019 and includes working Monday to Friday, Saturday morning on a rotational roster and participation in an on-call roster. Please indicate in your application if you are applying for a grade 1 or 2 position.

Selection Criteria:

Key Selection Criteria includes:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent and AHPRA registration
  • Commitment to improving patient outcome through mediation management
  • Hospital Pharmacy experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Demonstrating attention to accuracy and detail
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
